DISCUSSION:
S-times are being replaced by application specific SRTs and some S-times are being discontinued moving forward.
In an effort to better track special time, the application specific SRTs will provide better clarity for labor recovery.
New SRTs will be visible in the system as early as 8/1/18.
SRTs that are to be deleted will be removed by 10/1/18.
During this time, there may be multiple SRTs available for the same procedure.
If additional SRT training is necessary, contact your regional warranty Functional Excellence Leader or your Warranty Operations Group Leader.
