What are the objetivos maximos de emision at a sub An auction of treasury bonds is a matter of price and volume. Market participants would make several offers - e.g. I take 2 mill @ 99 or 1 mill @ 100 or 0,5 mill @ 101. Treasury would compile these and set the price, and sell accordingly. As the price is unknown at the time of bidding, treasury would set a minimum and maximum amount of bonds they are willing to sell - and give the market participants information about the issuance (i.e. the supply).
I believe the maximum objective should equal the maximum amount.

A problem with the text is that it is unclear about what the objective is - as only treasury would really know the objective, and the objective would depend on pricing.....<br>

The maximum target is the maximum amount of funds a new project can raise, representing the maximum number of shares or bonds that can be issued. If there is very strong demand for the offer, this can occasionally be increased, for example by reducing bank lending by a corresponding amount. The project directors may also decide to close an offer early if the full amount is raised before the closing date. These options should be set out clearly in the share offer document or prospectus.

agree Enrique Bjarne Strand Ferrer : I would prefer "maximum amounts", which is the terminology used in the markets. Before an auction treasury set a min and a max amount of issuance.
