Fac. responsable SDE

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Blood test results

Hi all,

This is from a Spanish haematology test report.
The table headers are

"Parámetro; Resultado; Unidades; Val. referencia; Fac. Responsable"

Under the first four headers we have the typical entries, then under "Fac. Responsable" there is "SDE" for the biochemistry results??
My initial guess is that "Fac." = facultad, but that seems a bit strange, one would expect "servicio" or "dept." and SDE has me stumped.
Later in the table, for the haematology and coagulation results, all entries under the header "Fac. Responsable" are "F. Resp." (rather than "SDE").

Any help appreciated.
