Spanish term

gastos financiables elegibles

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) subsidised loans
This is from a Call for Applications for a government-backed subsidised loan programme.

Under the conditions, it says: "En ningún caso, el coste de adquisición de los gastos financiables elegibles podrá ser superior al valor de mercado"

I don't want to say "fundable" which I've seen elsewhere because this is not strictly about funding but rather subsidised loans... But do we really say "financeable"?

Any thoughts please?

Thanks

agree Adrian MM. : Elegibles, exceptionally, not a false friend with eligible vs. electable here.
