English term
recordable conduct matter
English to Greek

Police conduct investigations
The term appears in a booklet regarding independent investigations into police conduct while investigating cases: "independent investigations are carried out in response to an indication that an officer may have behaved in a manner which would justify the bringing of disciplinary proceedings or committed a criminal offence, where this falls within the category of ‘recordable conduct’ "
I do understand that it refers to a matter officially investigated and recorded but I am not sure how best to render it in Greek

Discussion
A recordable offence is any offence in England and Wales where the police must keep records of convictions and offenders on the Police National Computer.
