I'm unsure how to best translate this phrase, "uresis y evacuaciones al corriente." This is written in a clinic summary about a female patient who just had a stillbirth and is receiving inpatient care.

For more context: "Actualmente se refiere asintomática, tolera la vía oral, afebril, URESIS Y EVACUACIONES AL CORRIENTE, deambula sin dificultad. Se decide alta por presentar mejoría clínica."

This document was written in Mexico, I believe in Chiapas.

I'm thinking this may mean "normal urination and defecation." However, I'm confused because wouldn't this literally translate as "urination and defecation up to date"? Thanks in advance for your help.

When a patient gets a checkup at the doctor's, the nurse often asks him or her, "Are you having REGULAR bowel movements?"

If you use "normal," the asker could be concerned about blood in the urine or feces or some other abnormal condition such as pain.
