Spanish term
normoconstituído
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Physical Examination
Can someone please tell me either the specific meaning of this term or its equivalent in English (or both)?
The context is a report of physical examination findings:
[Paciente] alerta, orientada por 3, normocefálica, normoconstituído, sin distress agudo.
[Vital signs] etc.
The document is from Puerto Rico, but I have also seen this term on docs from other countries.
I am assuming that it means "of normal shape, formation" but I would like confirmation and especially to know if there is an appropriate, technical medical term in English.
Thank you!

As you can see they are "standard" terms when clinical physical exam.
