dry trade(s)

I think that the more usual plural form of "trades" would probably be best here, but you haven't given enough context to be sure. Wet trades (e.g. on-site concrete laying and plastering) take more time on site, as the materials need to dry and cure. Prefabrication can enable shifting the wet phase of work to factory production and enable the installation on site to be carried out by dry trades.

6 General Architectural Works Sequence “Wet” first then “Dry”. That is to say, for a room or a confined space, start “wet” trades (skim coat, plastering, floor screeding, tiling, marbling, etc.), then “dry” trades (partition, carpentry work, steel work, etc.). “Top” first then “down”.

Note that eliminating or minimising wet trades on site doesn't necessarily mean that the construction technology is dry; e.g. concrete casting is still a wet construction technology, but it is performed off-site and under factory conditions.
