- All project partners will reunite and exchange the first prototypes of each international group. Also, representatives of the company will join and decide if prototypes are in good direction and /or make recommendations for each grouf to further develop/modify/adapt ideas. Also, staff/teachers representing the VET students groups will join and get information from companies and give feedback to the students.

This "staff event of teachers" is self evident or should be!
teachers have come together from different groups to have a JOINT (collective) event/meeting
The "staff" here are teachers NOT "employees". That should also be crystal clear.

: almost but not quite. The "people"=staff=teachers. "Staff" does not mean "employees" here//But you say "staffed" which means "employed" so if you read your sentence "people" are "staff"or employees when it's clear they're actually teachers.

I also think they are teachers, but as a translator, you shouldn't embellish. I didn't say "employees".

joint staff/teacher meeting
I'm not explaining the phrases as Yvonne has done it already but this definitely reminds me of the international student trading movement I took part in back in the '90s with a group of my students from Hungary. I've forgotten the name to the movement but they provided student groups around the world willing to take part with study/teacher's material, CD-roms for developing knowledge about economics, international production and trade, most aspects, and the most important part of the project was to make/create or buy products that the student group then could sell to other participant groups.
It is my strong feeling that some VET groups taking part are supported by companies (and their staff) where the same students normally get their practical experience as part of their normal studies anyway. So for the sake of further developing the students' product(s), all those staff and the students' teachers come together to discuss how things have been developing, with a view to providing feedback to the students so the latter could enter the fray with more chance of success. No problem with the word 'staff' for me as teachers are the staff from the point of view of a school.

: Overtranslation. It does NOT say "staff" meaning employees here. It's clear stated: "staff event of teachers "strong feelings" or personal anecdotes shouldn't come into it

I described a very real situation which is very likely, it's not a personal anecdote! Read 'my strong feeling' as 'my opinion', just like yours.
