Termin "Certificate of shareholder" se prevodi kao "Potvrda o posedovanju deonice", u okviru nekog deoničarskog društva. Ili, "potvrda o posedovanju akcija" (potvrda o akcionarstvu), u okviru nekog akcionarskog društva.

The "certificate" in this question is nothing more than a confirmation of WHO are all the shareholders of the company - it's simply an information supplied to a bank or some authority - it's NOT in any way a "proof of ownership".
