CL?
CH (Carga horária?)
CR (Créditos?
FR?
PTO (Pontuação?)
CON (seems to be the letter grade?)
SF (One of the sections has D under this - Dispensa??)

Dificilmente uma só pessoa saberá todas. Vou ajudá-lo com três:
CH = carga horária (classroom hours)
CR = créditos (credits)
CON = conceito (grade)
