La frase en cuestión presenta en mi opinión dos dificultades. En primer lugar, hay que entender que el adverbio “regularly” no tiene ninguna relación temporal, significa simplemente que el trámite seguido en el registro y cumplimiento de plazos del procedimiento judicial es el habitual, el regular o normal. En segundo lugar, “matured”, el término sobre el que José pregunta en concreto, significa que el procedimiento seguido cumple los requisitos de plazo prescritos por la ley.
