Czech to English Medical Medical (general) lab abbreviation
This is used by the lab at the Central Military Hospital. It is sandwiched between INR and APTT. The number is usually close or identical to the INR. For example:

INR - admission:(6.9) discharge (1.25)
podg - admission (7.04), discharge (1.26)
APTT: admission (66.5), discharge (50.4)

Perhaps it's a poměr of something -- but what?
I've scoured the UVN site, with no success.

The values are almost identical to INR. Could this be some other way of calculating the INR?

It's part of the report with all the lab results -- this seems to be the coagulation section (of course, it's not listed as such, why be so transparent?).

after diagnosing??? Sounds like 'po dg.' to me but that does not seem to fit to the context. If I were you, I would grab my phone and called them.
