A już myślałam, że dla odmiany dostanę od Pana choćby w miarę sensowną odpowiedź. Tymczasem jak zwykle nic, co mogłoby cokolwiek wnieść - czy to do mojej wiedzy, czy też do dyskusji.
Pana "odpowiedzi" - przynajmniej na moje pytania - są zawsze tak samo mierne, zwykle nie są żadnymi odpowiedziami, a jedynie "mędrkowaniem", więc uprzejmie sugeruję omijać je wzrokiem i powstrzymać się od pisania czegokolwiek, bo tylko tracę czas na czytanie Pana "mądrości".
Skoro nie ma Pan - jak zwykle - nic do powiedzenia, uprzejmie proszę zachować ten fakt dla siebie, a nie obwieszczać go szerokiej publiczności. Nikogo naprawdę to nie obchodzi. Dla Pana też tak będzie lepiej.

Nie wiem, jak ma się jedno do drugiego: testing ratio WITH... I czy w ogóle jest to ze sobą powiązane.
Jeśli chodzi o WITH, to najpewniej chodzi o to, że enterokoki jelitowe zakwalifikowano do grupy A razem z / wraz z (WITH) bakteriami z grupy coli i E.coli - bo tak rzeczywiście w tej dyrektywie jest, ale nie mam pewności z racji tego połączenia z testing ratio of 1:1.
Ta składnia jest niedoskonała, co dodatkowo wpływa na moje wątpliwości ;)

Takie samo połączenie jest w innym fragmencie z tego tłumaczenia:
