trusted messenger - не доверенный, а тот, кому доверяют в сообществе. Пример https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6383212/ :
"trusted messengers were defined as persons regarded by community members as credible sources of health information"
А centering voices может быть немного шире - не только мнения, но их истории/опыт:

1. Сочетание "доверенный представитель" может быть неверно истолковано, как "официальное лицо/представитель организации" https://dic.academic.ru/dic.nsf/lower/13074
2. Мне кажется, слово "опыт/личная история" здесь ближе всего, учитывая: 1) контекст, например такие выражения: understanding and acknowledging how health inequalities have impacted communities,
и отрывок (в другом вопросе Анастасии) "when practical, messages are created and delivered by people who have shared lived experiences with the people served".
2) определение понятия center voices по первой ссылке: Uplifting, trusting, and valuing the lived experiences of the people most impacted by the issue(s) and inequity(ies)
you want to address. This includes working towards approaches where those that are most impacted are a part of
leading, identifying solutions, setting priorities, creating policy agendas, and shifting narrative.
Sustaining efforts to center voices requires individual, organizational, and collective reflection on how inequities
came to be and are maintained. Shared actions then need to be identified and implemented to disrupt the
reproduction of inequities and their impacts.

Но я не настаиваю, возможно, речь и просто о мнениях, только непонятно, о мнении, касательно чего тогда? Просто участник сообщества едва ли может иметь весомое мнение по планированию таких процедур и процессов.

Взаимодействуйте с лидерами/активными участниками, которые влияют на мнения в сообществе, и используйте их опыт. (Опыт пережитого ими и/или их опыт влияния на сообщество).
