Japanese term

整容的な不調和

Japanese to English Medical Medical (general)
Concerns maxillomandibular surgery. I understand what's meant but need the technical term.

Malocclusion

Malocclusion
Note from asker:
Though it's close, it isn't malocclusion; that term's used elsewhere in the document with different terminology. Thanks for the attempt, though.

orthodontic discrepancy

I believe this could be a decent translation, especially if the term is used in a general manner.
The term 整容的改善 is widely used and 整容的 could be translated as "orthodontic", or "reparatory", but your term seems to point to a symptom, so that I would opt for "orthodontic".

Maxillomandibular discrepancy

If it's in the area of plastic surgery or correction of cleft palate, the term maxillomandibular discrepancy is often used.
