Trochę wiem, ale nie na tyle, aby wstawić odpowiedź. Poza tym mam nadzieję, że Szanownemu Pytaczowi nie zaszkodzi samodzielnie sprawdzić u autora dokumentu (to znaczy w gabinecie, przychodni itp.).Mamy takie czasy, mociumpanie, że dużo wiedzy już znajduje się w internecie, ale niekiedy trzeba dopytać autora, aby mieć 100% pewności, o co chodzi. ;-)
Czy litera T w symbolu dotyczy tonometrii? Nie wiem, sprawdź.
Może najprościej zapytaj wykonawcę badania. Na formularzu na pewno masz adres i numer telefonu gabinetu/przychodni itp.
