Methodology
To derive the total number of jobs by 2030 a comprehensive model was developed. Based on the holistic scope of 26 industries and 31 job families, 806
different positions, as a combination of industries and job families, were considered. In a first step the overall employment figures from 2019 were broken down to the position level. Having established this very granular
employment baseline, the impact of each of the eight trends throughout 2030 on each of the 806 different positions was assessed and respective impact factors where derived.
