شلهمت I can easily understand that it means "exhaust" as we, in Moroccan spoken Arabic, the word شهمتيني with the same meaning. If note, شهمتيني is region specific and has nothing to do with الشهامة.
Now whether it is possible to use "exhaust" in your context or not, I am sure you are in a position to adapt it in case it isn't.

I asked a friend from Idleb about it and he said that it means "Exhaust"

شلهمت قلبي: Exhaust my heart
