Hi Everyone,
I'm working on a Syrian text, and this is part of a song sang at a wedding party.
Does it mean something like my heart has flown with the blessing of you and me?
Here's the first and second line of the song:
يا أسمر اللون ويا ابن الزني ما أحلاك
شَلْهَمت قلبي بركة أنا ويّاك
Thanks!

Now whether it is possible to use "exhaust" in your context or not, I am sure you are in a position to adapt it in case it isn't.
شلهمتني: Exhaust me
شلهمت قلبي: Exhaust my heart
