Gran Selección
I know that Gran Reserva-->Special/Grand Reserve, and Selección-->Vintage, but does Gran Selección mean something else? Special Vintage? Did this restaurant invent the term? Thanks in advance!

@kaelne: After seeing your mention of "curated", I ran a search for "curated wine selection" and got over ninety thousand hits. So that could be another option, although I tend to associate "curated" with hipster (usually vegan) cafés and the like...
