Reference: تعريف “الأثَر” Reference information: تعريف “الأثَر”: أمّا “الأثَر”، فمِن العلماء مَن يَجعله مُرادفًا للحديث، فيكون تعريفهما واحدًا. ومنه: ما في مقدّمة (صحيح مسلم) مِن تسمية الأحاديث بـ”الآثار”. ومنه: ما جاء عند الإمام الطحاوي في كتابه (مُشكل الآثار). ومِن العلماء من يقول: “الأثر” أعمّ من “الحديث”. فـ”الحديث” خاص بما جاء عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم و”الأثر” يشمل ما جاء عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وعن غيره من الصحابة والتابعين. وقيل: إنهما متباينان، فـ”الحديث”: ما جاء عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم و”الأثَر”: ما جاء عن الصحابة. وإلى هذا ذهب فقهاء خراسان، حيث يقولون: “الخَبَر: ما يُروى عن النبي، صلى الله عليه وسلم والأثَر: ما يُروى عن الصحابة”. وفي (نخبة ابن حجر): “ويقال للموقوف والمقطوع: الأثَر”.
