Hi everyone,
I can't figure out this abbreviation, nor can I find it anywhere. It's either some kind of respiratory support or a drug. Discharge report for a child who underwent surgery for a congenital heart defect. Context:
A su llegada con aceptable estado general, se realiza ecocardiografía que muestra coartación de aorta severa con arco evemente hipoplásico, disfunción y dilatación severa de centrículo izquierdo, insuficiencia mitral severa con presiones ulmonares elevadas.
En soporte con cánulas nasales de alto flujo y leve polipnea.
Se realiza interveneción quirúrgica a las pocas horas.
Presenta la siguiente evolución postoperatoria:
Inicialmente con ventilación mecánica invasiva, se procede a la extubación a CNAF (7L, Fi02 30%) sin incidencias.
Posteriormente se mantiene con CNC hasta su refutada el 10.07.
A nivel hemodinámico llega de quirófano sin dragas vasoactivas.
