"What's the difference between rising damp and condensation?
What is rising damp?
Rising damp can occur when moisture at the base of a building starts to rise through porous walls. It requires careful investigation as the symptoms can be confused with rain penetration or rain splash at the foot of a wall."

Discussion
If it's just hurto, then perhaps say it's theft by unlawful taking, instead of just Theft because others exist (by deception, by extortion). Or just use larceny instead.
Anyway, I would consult the source to see exactly what is covered.
I was going to delete this question because it contains multiple terms, but I've given it the benefit of the doubt until we hear which word is the problem.

Your translation except for "humedad" seems okay, but note word order:
"robbery, theft, fire, lightning, storm, flood, water, moisture, sabotage, ...." https://tureng.com/en/spanish-english/humedad
