This is from a Kuwaiti text.

Does it mean a missing/broken link? The context is an email written from an unhappy client to a company.

موظفوكم لطفاء ومهذبون، لكنهم لا يُقدِمون حلولا! مجدر حلقة وصل مفقودة تخبرك أن شكواك تم سماعها من قبل أحدهم

But how does that make sense? Or they are providing a standard message which you can't respond to? Like an automated message?
