I think this refers to the dot matrix printing some banks use to confirm that you have made a payment, rather than a stamp or signature, but am unsure what the translation into English would be here.

The second 'machine impression' weblink may be US AmE, but would be widely understood elsewhere.
When probate or letters of administration are granted, the court which makes that grant “seals” the document by placing a stamp, an imprint or sometimes (as the process was named after) a wax seal on it.

Even if it does refer to the dot matrix thing you mention, it's probably just referred to as a stamp.
A copy of the original document must be authenticated by the corresponding stamp...
