Credit control
XXYY Treasury will monitor all overdue trade receivable accounts monthly and submit a report to ZZZZ.
XXYY Treasury must ensure that all debts are collected in a timely manner.
XXYY Treasury must ensure that they fully comply with the Credit Control Policy.
Any trade receivable must not exceed the credit limit set in general.
Any exceptions needs to be approved as follows:
Level 1: for credit limits exceeding insurance level by no more than 5K EUR - decision of Credit Controller and AR Manager (Finance Dept.)
Level 2: exceeding insurance level by more than 5K EUR and less than 25K EUR(>5K EUR , < 25K EUR) - unanimous decision of the Credit Committee consisting of:
RVP,
SVP Finance,
GM Treasury,
AR Manager
