I can't find any matching ProZ glossary (I won't comment of the FRE one in the second weblink) or IATE entry, although have written my own translation, as above, into Garzanti.

Only problem is what to call 'trascrizioni in pregiudizio' - I suspect a UK-type 'caution against first registration or dealing' -> with land (includes buildings in ENG law, yawn!).
