Hola, estoy traduciendo un contrato de sociedad de responsabilidad limitada y no estoy segura de cómo traducir "interest" en los siguientes ejemplos:
"The Board of the Directors and the Member acknowledge and agree that each limited liability company interest and management interest in the Company shall constitute and remain a “security” within the meaning of (i) § 8.102(a)(15) of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Delaware"
"The Board of Directors shall maintain a ledger of certificates issued for the membership and management interests of the Company."

(ii) an obligation of a person or a share, PARTICIPATION, or other interest in a person or in property or an enterprise of a person, which is, or is of a type, dealt in or traded on financial markets, or which is recognized in any area in which it is issued or dealt in as a medium for investment; or"

Hola, "participación" me suena bien en esta expresión.
Normalmente, alguien con participaciones relevantes de una empresa tiene asociado un cargo en la gestión.
En cuanto a "membership interest", no puedo ayudar, a menos que se trate de una empresa con clientes "premium" o una empresa cuyos trabajadores tienen acciones o algo así. Esto que los responda otra compañera.
Normalmente, alguien con participaciones relevantes de una empresa tiene asociado un cargo en la gestión.
En cuanto a "membership interest", no puedo ayudar, a menos que se trate de una empresa con clientes "premium" o una empresa cuyos trabajadores tienen acciones o algo así. Esto que los responda otra compañera.
