Revisorer.

I've also found the same phrase with "regres" instead of "rekurs". What does it actually mean?

this price / rate being adhered to, (albeit) on redress solely to valuers

.. appointed or 'co-opted' by the Assoc. of State-Chartered Accountants.

....kurs, der bevisligt kan opnås til anden side > (co. share pre-emption vs. partner's share buy-out) price / consideration that is proven to be obtainable at arm's length

rekurs til: resort to / regres - recourse to ...

Going-concern does not IMO rule out a selskab = an ord. or gen. partnership rather than a litd. co. shares first-refusal scenario.

In other contexts -> respektere: om pantebrev(e) > rank/ing after, Bailey DAN/ENG

No. Not as a ceiling, but as a benchnmark price, subject to appeal sloely to professional valuers. Thanks for showing your gratitude and appreciation any road. (Hope to see you at the Surrey Weekender mid-June).
Example sentence:

Note from asker:
So is it saying that the auditor's valuation of the shares will only apply as a ceiling if it has been obtained from a pro valuer? If it is supported by a pro valuer? Something else?
