All the accounts, ledgers and other financial records of the Group Companies required to be kept by Applicable Law have been properly and accurately kept and all the records and books of the Group Companies are in the possession of the Group Companies.

Бывает ли "достоверный учет" (""достоверное ведение"...")? Достоверной может быть сама отчетность.

Осуществляется надлежащий и строгий учет всей отчетности (accurately kept)? Или это отход от оригинала? Благодарю.
