@Joshua Parker I think Joshua is on the right track here, both about the need for more context and about the likely meaning. It really doesn't make sense to talk about the mean of a dimension. I think what we're talking about here is the mean of the values in for example the personal dimension.

Some more context would probably help, but be careful with this one. As far as I can tell, it's not so much "mean dimensions," but the "la Personal" and "la Social" are examples of the "dimensiones," so the author is discussing the "mean values of the dimensions." Once that's clear, you can rephrase into more natural English: something like "An analysis of the mean values of the dimensions found the highest mean for the personal dimension (M=4.23) whereas a decrease was observed for the social dimension (M=3.61)" or simply "The personal dimension showed the highest mean (M=4.23) whereas this value decreased for the social dimension (M=3.61)."
