"Start-Up protocol" actually gets more hits online than ""Start-Up procedure", but I still prefer the latter.
NB: I would agree with Michelle's suggestion if "formación" (training) was part of the query term... But it isn't.

Nor is it clear if "work" should be singular or plural. If it refers to the students' tasks, it would be the former. I understood "works" in the sense of building or installation works (obras).

agree  Muriel Vasconcellos: But I would prefer with "protocol." I think there's a difference.

  -> I think they are largely synonymous and the difference is negligible in most cases…

agree  Michelle Wright: Protocolo means protocol. i agree. If it is science related then the trabajo could be the actual investigation project.
