Trattandosi di una garanzia, credo che il documento chieda di indicare il grado di parentela esistente tra il debitore e la persona che fornisce la garanzia, ad es. padre, madre ecc.

I'm unsure what Companies House of England & Wales would make of this wording, but charge party IMO doesn't make clear who is the borrower (chargor: debitore pignoratizio) and who is the secured lender (chargee: creditore pignoratizio).

NB creditore pignorante qua intervenuto nell'esecuzione: judgment or execution creditor levying execution or distraint.
