Estoy traduciendo un certificado de notas de una universidad de Sudamérica y no estoy muy seguro de cómo traducir el término "aprobado por nota"

Adjunto una imagen parcial del certificado para que tengan una mejor idea del término.

Hace poco traduje otro certificado de notas; sin embargo, solo aparecía "Nota" (Grades).
