Can't find a commonly used translation for this one. Has anyone come across it before?

- Pagarés al portador: en principio no están gravados pues no son pagarés cambiarios, ya que no están contemplados en la Ley 19/85 de 16 de julio, Cambiaria y del Cheque. Ello hace que no sean útiles en nuestro caso al no cumplir el requisito exigido por la Ley 7/96, de llevar aparejada acción cambiaria.

I can\'t find an exact description or a link with this translation, but this is how I would translate it. Probably instead of \"Exchange Market\", \"Foreign Exchange Market.\"

The precedent to the Dishonoured Bills of Exchange statistic was the Protestable Bills statistic that the INE began elaborating in 1938. Because of the increase in the use of cheques and IOUs, in 1983 the statistics name changed and became the Protestable Bills. Later, the approval in 1985 of the Cheque and Exchange Law, which made the protest regime flexible, rendered this statistic meaningless for the study of short-term finance. Due to this, the Dishonoured Bills of Exchange statistic was undertaken, whose first monography is referred to 1989.
