Chinese term

Kombucha

Non-PRO Chinese to English Other Food & Drink
This is also known as "Manchurian mushroom." It is not a tea made from leaves but a colony of fungal organisms and is said to increase vitality and be a cure-all. Does anyone know the Chinese characters used for this "tea"?

This is only one way to name it.
There are still a lot of other names for the same thing.
You may check up those names in Chinese websites with Google.
