Je eher sich der Markt an der neuen Technologie sättigt, desto schneller wird das Verlangen anspruchsvoller Kunden nach dem gewissen „Etwas“ zurückkehren.

Ich weiss, was das ist, aber wie wird das uebersetzt?

neutral Jonathan MacKerron : a good translation, but perhaps not racy enough for a marketing context?

Thanks Jonathan. At first, I also thought that it might not be "racy" enough (see my originally suggested "Kick"), but then found all of those hits, many of which are in a marketing context, so I decided to stick with it.
