In an English contract, you can just put \"WHEREAS\" above the section where you are stating the facts (enumerated). That section is usually followed by another headed with \"NOW THEREFORE\" and at the end you will probably find \"IN WITNESS WHEREOF\". Look up the three together in Google, in inverted commas (so type exactly this into Google: \"whereas\" + \"now therefore\" + \"in witness whereof\") and you will see.

: Hi Jarry, again I agree with you that they are most probably "recitals", but as you quoted yourself, the heading of the part of a contract in which the recitals/facts/etc. are stated is nearly always headed with "whereas".
