English to Arabic Other Cinema, Film, TV, Drama Arabic or English explanation
There was a real difference between
the way the same exact moment,
the same exact take
would play out on film versus video.

Any help please?

كان هناك إختلاف حقيقي بين الطريقة التي ظهرت فيها اللقطة ذاتها ,في اللحظة ذاتها, على السينما و (تلك التي عرضت فيها) على الفيديو

I know it's long, but I hope that helps clear the meaning (the way I understood it, anyway).

"the same exact" really just means "exactly the same" = "the same". The author probably just wants to emphasise that the moment/take was one and the same, not any other.
"take" and "moment" are used as synonyms here, meaning لقطة من فيلم.
I would rephrase the English sentence: "THere was a real difference between the way that precise take would appear on film and the way it would appear on video".
I also think that "film" here actually means "cinema"; otherwise it doesn't make much sense.
My modest attempt:
اختلفت هذه اللقطة اختلافا كبيرا لدى عرضها في السينما مقارنة بالفيديو
I'm sure there's a better way of putting that in Arabic.. but I can't think anymore!
