statement Explanation: Ako dokument kaze da postoji dug, onda ne moze biti clearance. Mislim da bi statement bio prigodan izraz u ovom slucaju. |

Tax Office Certificate Explanation: Mislim da bi to bila odgovarajuća riječ. "Clearance" može imati različito značenje. "Statement" je nekako više izjava (pravno). Postoji i nešto što se zove Certificate of Good Standing (u SAD-u) i izdaje se kada porezni obveznik nema duga prema poreznoj upravi. To doduše nije identična isprava, ali ima sličnu svrhu, dakle dokazati da porezni obveznik nema obveza temeljem poreza i drugih davanja. Postoji i "Certificate of Tax Clearance" koji ima sličnu svrhu, ali nije uvijek ista isprava. Koliko sam shvatila, ta isprava u nekim zemljama treba kada se obavlja likvidacija ili prodaja društva/korporacije da se dokaže da nema duga. Stoga bih upotrijebila gore navedeni izraz jer se on često primjenjuje kada se prevode potvrde iz Europe (npr. Njemačke).
