What city or village he was born in? Also what was the date. Rules changed when communists took over in 1948.

explanation “in the register of births of (maintained by/held at) the parish office of the Church (Czechoslovak Hussite Church / Roman Catholic Church)”
If you want it broken down: “v” = in; “rodná matrika” = register of births; “farní úřad“ = parish office; “církev” = church. After the word for church there should be a bit more information telling us (I presume) whether this is the Czechoslovak Hussite Church or Roman Catholic Church. There should also be a place name in there somewhere.
