I can only work out that this = prograde
which from my research means "anticlockwise"
so perhaps the anoscopy is being rotated in an anticlockwise to lateral direction
just surmising

If it's the same with anoscopes, "prográdní" simply means that the optical components (or whatever) and the instrument itself are "in a straight line" (lateral is then clear).
