I agree, this text seems to be incomplete; for one, the cranial nerves are responsible for far more than just the ocular innervation, so jumping to the ocular findings without any specification right after reference to cranial nerves is problematic. But then, I have seen worse in medical reports...

It seems that one or two words are missing. If 'MN' is the general category, one would usually expect to see (as confirmed by Liz's findings) 'MN: zrenice izo ...'. Likewise, I take it that 'VII' refers to cranial nerve VII (the facial nerve), and that 'sym., plazí středem' refers to the tongue.

Thanks, Liz. This all looks like standard stuff. In my example, I think the Czech words for 'pupils' and 'tongue' have been left out - that's what was confusing me!
