Kijkend via google images onder "kookwand" zie ik dat ze het hebben over een spoelwand en een kookwand:

Het mag modern zijn, uit losse elementen bestaan, maar volgens mij gaat het uiteindelijk om de "kookeenheid."

Wall unit sounds good, it doesn't distinguish kook- vs spoelwand though, which may be essential depending on the context.
