Richard Purdom Sep 15, 2015:
I really don't think this deserves any answers/effort. No context, 153 questions asked, not a single answer, profile page completely blank... we're just giving away free translations to an anonymous ghost basically.

Het enige wat ik voor je kan vinden is, Rijks Computercentrum Zorgverzekeraar. Misschien dat dit help de puzzel compleet te krijgen?
Nicole Coesel Sep 15, 2015:
Context A little context would be helpful to solve the mystery :)

Are you sure about RCZ?

We definitely need more context.
Is this a Belgian text?
If so: are you sure this abbreviation is written in the correct way and shouldn't be RSZ instead of RCZ?
The only thing it reminds me of is "werkgever RSZ, nummer RSZ"...
In this abbreviation RSZ means "Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid".

Each employer has his own NSSO identification number (NSSO = National Social Security Office) and should report his/her employees to the NSSO. Both the employer and the employee have to pay a certain percentage of the wage the employee earns to the NSSO, and this money is being used by our government to pay for our social security.
