It seems to me this is ralated to LOTO prcedures, where in this case removed guards are entered in a central log so they can be ticked off once restored before the installation is restarted. Screens, log of screens Explanation: I am not sure if this will be useful, but I suspect that it could be referring to the cleaning filters or screens (or guards). The context feels to me like it could be part of a PM (Preventative Maintenance) checklist. There would typically be some need to remove filters or "banks of filters" mounted at intakes/outlets. Such maintenance would be required to almost any conduit that carries air (or another gas/material). A tradesperson might need to maintain (clean with compressed air perhaps) the filters or screens, THEN indicate on a log sheet which ones need to be replaced (later), and which ones could remain in place for longer. |
