There are a lot of possibilities for this acronym which may be Dutch or may just be English - the document is a bit of a mixture. I need a translation that fits this context. The context is ways of speeding up the transition to clean energy: the section is on Handelsbalans: the sentence is:
"Ontwikkeling van een OPEN systeem waar prijsvorming en verrekening inzichtelijk zijn (incl NDA)"

: This does seem a strong possibility (I'm surprised Brian has never been asked to sign one), but we can't be sure. In particular, it doesn't seem to fit with the idea of "open" and "inzichtelijk".

: If it's this, then I would interpret it as including an NDA in the package (system) would enhance its transparency. That is true in many business deals.
