My translation so far: 'It has become sufficiently clear from the hearing that the injured party has suffered direct damage as a result of the principal facts found in respect of the actions of the Accused.'

This seems to be a very standard NL phrase in criminal law. Since you are translating this into (US) English, surely you can let us know what English you have so far?
