Dutch term

OW infarct

Dutch to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
Voorgeschidenis: 1999 OW infarct bij CAG een gaaf coronair systeem

I don't understand what OW INFARCT means. Stroke? What kind of stroke?
And one other thing in this sentence is that 'CAG showed a clear coronary system', but when? back then in 1999, or now?

Thanks!

Discussion

writeaway Oct 21, 2014:
I posted a reference below
katerina turevich (asker) Oct 21, 2014:
inferior infarct onderwandinfarct
http://www.cardiologiesneek.nl/showpage.aspx?steID=6&catID=1...

Do I need confirmation for this?
katerina turevich (asker) Oct 21, 2014:
Indeed, this is the only thing I found so far: Algemene therapeutische maatregelen bij opname coronary-care unit (CCU)
ritmebewaking aansluiten;
12-kanaals ecg (bij OW-infarct ook rechts uitgedraaid ecg: V
4R);
from here https://www.nvvc.nl/media/richtlijn/70/Definitief product_Le...
but it still doesn't tell me what it is. Generally, the google results are crappy for in quotes, 2 pages of completely ridiculous results. Is there maybe a list Medical abbreviations in Dutch?
writeaway Oct 21, 2014:
This is very specific medical terminology Imo wild guessing is not an option.

Dank je. Ik heb een zeer groot aantal van dit soort medische rapporten moeten vertalen (NL --> EN) in het kader van een internationaal klinisch onderzoek. Dus misschien heb ik dan toch iets geleerd.
