After using valproic acid for epilepsy, patient (70-yr male) had neurological tremors of the hands, but 'without "GELDDRAAI" aspect'.

(... tremor van de handen zonder "gelddraai" aspect).

Note that "gelddraai" is IN QUOTES in the article, and thus considered somewhat unusual.
